In 2018, when Advocate Varun Singh founded Foresight Law Offices in New Delhi, it was in response to a fundamental question: “How might legal practice evolve to better serve India’s changing economical, cultural, legal and business ecosystem?” This question led to a vision of legal practice built not just on technical expertise, but on genuine human connection, technological adaptation, and social responsibility. Varun Singh’s path to founding Foresight was shaped by formative experiences representing both powerful corporations and vulnerable individuals. These diverse representations revealed the profound impact thoughtful legal counsel can have—not just on case outcomes, but on people’s lives and business trajectories.

This realization inspired him to create a firm that would combine technical excellence with human understanding, established legal principles with innovative approaches, and commercial success with social responsibility.

Today, Varun leads complex commercial disputes and arbitrations while guiding the firm’s strategic direction and culture. His leadership style emphasizes mentorship, collaborative problem-solving, and maintaining the delicate balance between professional growth and personal wellbeing.
